My meal programs are delivered to your door. I offer meals on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is never a minimum commitment to buy. I just need to know 24 hours in advance and then I will bring you the prepared meal so you will only need to reheat.

My soups are delicious, homemade and healthy recipes. I offer soups on Tuesdays and Thursdays and just need to know your order 24 hours in advance. I can deliver on Tuesday or Thursday or with your Wednesday or Friday meal.

Rick's Journey

I have been interested in cooking for as long as I can remember. I am thankful that I have taught myself so much by reading, watching, attending classes and learning from others. Growing up, my mother Loretta, my Aunt Loretta, my Aunt Doris and others would can everything all summer long. By winter, our basement would be stocked with everything from apples to zucchini, pickles, beans, potatoes, applesauce, kraut, relishes, beets, corn; you name it, we put it in a jar or in the freezer. Now I am doing so much more than canning such as chutneys, sausages, ethnic recipes – check out my recipes page to find out more.
