salt and pepper to taste
6 cups lettuce, sliced
1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn (~2 ears), preferably grilled or charred
1 large avocado, diced
4 hardboiled eggs, diced
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup basil lime ranch dressing
Basil Lime Ranch Dressing
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 tablespoon dill, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, grated
3 teaspoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything and enjoy
Note: Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, etc
BBQ Sauce
1 small onion (grated)
2 cloves garlic (grated)
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (a vegetarian one for vegetarian)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
salt and pepper to taste
