I came up with this recipe after trying one that way too hot for me
1 Package of Matchstick Carrots
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
3 Teaspoons White Sugar
1 Teaspoons Garlic, (presses)
3-5 Tablespoons Ground Coriander
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1-2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika (Depending on how smokey and spicy you like it)
A couple of dashes of Cayenne Pepper or Chipotle Pepper
Step 1: Open carrots and put in a bowl. Mix everything else together and pour over carrots. Let sit for a couple of hours before serving.
