Salsa Steak

So simple yet so good. Serve over Mexican Rice or Mexican Quinoa.

Ingredients

1 package of Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix, or a good quality pre made salsa

Top Sirloin Steak, pound thin and with good marbling

Salt and Pepper

Directions

Step 1: Make salsa according to directions, set aside

Step 2: Season meat with salt and pepper

Step 3: Sear meat in a pan, leaving the meat with some pink. Do this in stages so not to crowd pan.

Step 4: Add all the meat back to the pan and add salsa. Cook for a few minutes and serve over rice or quinoa.
