Shredded potatoes mix with ham, cheese and dill. If you are from Eastern Europe, this one is for you.
1 Pound Ham
1 Pound Cheddar Cheese or American Cheese
Fresh Dill and Dill Root
5 Tablespoons Flour
Salt and Pepper
Oil for frying
Step 1: Peel and shred potatoes, chop onion, shred 1 tablespoon dill root, grate cheese. Mix everything together.
Step 2: Add everything else including dill. Mix everything together thoroughly and shape into small balls.
Step 3: Flatten the potato balls and fry in oil.
