This creamy, quick chocolate pie not only melts in your mouth, it also melts any and all resistance to dessert.
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 ounces or 1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pie crust
Step 1: Blind cook the pie crust in a pie pan.
Step 2: In a heavy saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, butter, unsweetened chocolate and coffee. cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Cool slightly and fold in cream. Pour into cooked pie crust.
Step 4: Refrigerate at least 3 hours or more for pie to set up. Can top with egg whites or whipped cream.
