Barbecued Steak Tips

Tender meat that is flavored with a home made barbequed sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons tomato paste

Salt and pepper

3 to 3 1/2 pounds of beef tips or stew meat

3 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 cup onion chopped

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 cup ketchup

3 teaspoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

Step 1: Dry beef with paper towel and salt and pepper

Step 2: Sear beef in a skillet or if you have an air fryer with the sear function use that

Step 3: Once the beef is browned add to a pressure cooker or if you air fryer has that function skip this step

Step 4: Add 1/2 cup of ketchup to pot and the rest of the ingredients

Step 5: Pressure cook for 30 minutes

Step 6: Release steam and add the other 1/2 cup of ketchup

Step 7: Taste and adjust seasoning
