Mexican Bean Dip

A great dip for any party or tailgate party

Ingredients

1 large can refried beans

1 lb lean ground beef, browned in dry taco seasoning

1 large sour cream

1 small jar salsa (Homemade is best)

1 cup Guacamole (Homemade is best)

1 lb cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1: Layer in a 9×13 baking dish in the order listed above.

Step 2: Bake at 350 degrees F. until bubbly. Cool before eating. Add toppings if desired. Serve with nacho chips.

Step 3: Topping Variations, add chopped onion, black olives, tomatoes, black beans. chives
