I came up with this one day and have used this recipe since.
1 Big Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup good Olive Oil
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1: Put everything in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake to mix. Once everything is mixed, taste and adjust to your taste with more of anything you like. You can add garlic, garlic powder, more cheese, more oil. The choices are endless.
