I love this dressing.
1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil
1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Cottage Cheese
3 Tablespoons fresh chopped Chives or 2 Tablespoons dried Chives
2 Cloves of Garlic
12-15 Fresh Basil Leaves
Fresh Ground Pepper.
Step 1: Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust season. This is great for a salad, over chicken or fish too.
