1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup buttermilk or milk
2 cloves garlic, grated
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
1/4 cup basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded boneless and skinless
4 buns
8 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
4 leaves lettuce
4 slices tomato
Step 1: Mix everything except the chicken
Step 2: Mix the chicken with the 1/2 cup of the lemon basil caesar dressing.
Step 3: Assemble the sandwiches and enjoy!
