I always brine my chicken in salt water or using a flavor injector, add some chicken stock to the breast.

Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, 16 ounces
16 ounce fresh broccoli, blanched or put in the microwave for a minute or two.
8 ounces of cheese, Fontina, Cheddar or a mix
2 cups homemade cream of broccoli soup
Step 1: To make the homemade cream of broccoli soup. Start off with some butter and chopped broccoli. Cook until lightly browned. Add more butter and the same amount of flour. Cook until lightly browned. Add 1/2 sherry, cook until thick. Add cream and continue to add cream until you get the desired consistency.
Step 2: Cook pasta according to package. Stop cooking just a little early.
Step 3: Season Chicken and brown both sides. At this point, you can either leave the chicken breast whole or you can cube.
Step 4: If you leave the chicken breast whole, place in the bottom of a casserole dish. mix other ingredients and put on top. If you cubed the chicken, mix everything together and put into a greased casserole dish.
Step 5: Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-minutes and leave covered and let the dish sit for about 15-minutes out of the oven. Uncover and serve.
