I took a recipe I found and changed it to this great recipe.
One large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs, fresh
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 bottle of chili sauce
2 large cans of tuna in water, drained
2 tablespoons butter
Toasted buns, lettuce and sliced tomato
Step 1: Mix the first six ingredients and fold in tuna. Shape into four patties
Step 2: Heat a large non stick skillet and add butter. Cook patties and cook about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve on buns with the lettuce and tomatoes.
