½ to 1 Pound Feta Cheese
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Lemon Juiced
½ Jar Pepparoncini Peppers
2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Clove Garlic
Step 1: In a large bowl, cream feta cheese, olive oil and lemon juice with hand mixer. In a small food processor add peppers, oregano, red pepper flakes and garlic and process until well chopped. Stir into cheese mixture and mix well. Pour into a piece of plastic wrap and with the help of the plastic wrap, form ball and chill until ready.
Step 2: Sever with hearty crackers or Melba toast.
