This dip is so good, that I always offer this to my customers and always on my party table.
16 ounces Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 Cup Heavy Cream
Greated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of one Lemon
3 Tablespoons minced Scallion, white an green parts
2 Tablespoons freash or 4 Tablespoons Dried Dill
1 Tablespoon minced fresh chives (or 3 Tablespoons Dried)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1: Put Cream Cheese in a bowl and with an electric mixer, mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on slow until all stiff.
Step 2: Line a fine sieve with a paper towel or cheese cloth. Put minture in the bowl cover to with a paper towel or cheese cloth. Put sieve in a bowl that allows the bottom of sieve not to touch. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 3: Unmold and serve with fresh vegetables and or crackers
