This pie makes a scrumptious addition to the holiday or brunch table.
3 sweet onions, sliced thin
2 tablespoons butter
One pie crust
One cup egg substitute
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: In a large skillet, slowly cook onions in butter until onions are very brown.
Step 2: When onions are browned, add to a bowl and all the other ingredients.
Step 3: Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Let set and serve.
