Blue Cheese and Pears

Ingredients

1 Pound of good Blue Cheese or Stilton Cheese

Bosc Pears and or Plain Graham Crackers

Step 1: Let Blue Cheese and Butter come to room temperature and mix together until creamy. Spread on pears and or graham crackers.
