This sauce can be used with any vegetable as a dip. Also, serve with lamb or thin out a little more for a salad dressing
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups diced cucumber
1/2 cup fresh dill minced
2 teaspoons fresh mint minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Chill before serving.
