This can be an appetizers or a main dish
1 Pound Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Pound Italian Sausage
1 ½ Teaspoons House Seasoning
2 Eggs
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Whole Milk
½ Cup Parsley
Rick's Red Sauce (ingredients below)
4 cans 16 ounce Diced Tomatoes
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Large Onion
Pinch of Sugar
Salt and Pepper
½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Step 1: Cut the mozzarella cheese into bit size pieces. Set aside. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and form a meatball around the cheese.
Step 2: Put some pasta sauce in the bottom of your slow cooker add meatballs. Do another layer ending with sauce on top.
Step 3: Turn on the slow cooker too high for 2 ½ hours.
Step 4: Put everything in a pan and simmer for 3-4 hours
