Very easy to make and tasty. Nothing like my Hungarian Goulash
1 onion, chopped
80-20 ground beef
2 minced or pressed garlic
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 14 ounces can diced tomatoes, undrained
10 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup beef or chicken stock
1 1/2 cups macaroni
Step 1: Cook beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain
Step 2: Add onions, paprika Italian season for a few minutes
Step 3: Add everything else, including macaroni, and cook until macaroni is cook
Step 4: Garnish with some Parmesan or cheddar cheese.
