This can be served as a appetizer, side dish or dessert.
1 Cup raspberries
1 Cup strawberries (You may use and berries, melon or fruit. I would not use bananas because the vinegar will turn them to mush)
1/4 Cup chopped red onion
1/4 Cup parsley
3 Tablespoon of sugar plus more at the end
1 Teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
Juice of one lemon
Step 1: Place berries (or what ever you are using), red onion and parsley in a bowl and toss lightly.
Step 2: Combine the sugar, vinegar, honey and lemon and mix well. Pour over the berries and toss gentley.
Step 3: Pour into your serving container and top with a little more sugar. Serve right away and with graham crackers. I like to sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top.
